This takes 7-14 days to go LIVE

This takes only 5 minutes.

Order your Trolley Wow Wow bag
so we can fill it

All schools are allocated to a local volunteer who arranges collections and drop offs.
The 3 Trolley Wow Wow bags are designed to all fit together in a standard shopping trolley. This should give you an idea about the dimensions. Each bag can hold up to 15kg. Also they are 3 different colours to store donated items by category making it easy for storage and distribution. It is made out of sustainable and long lasting robust material. As they are bags with handles they can be easily transferred to any area. They can be rolled away when not in use. It's just as easy as going shopping.
With our Give Friday campaign we have volunteers who can drop off items weekly at a set time before or after school.
We also have two campaigns to drive the donations from the public this can be internal parents too.
Give What's New and It's Just as New.
Where items are uploaded and vetted before being matched to a local drop off point.
This can be any staff member, however this may be suited to a welfare/ family officer or school business manager who will have a relationship with priority parents within the school.
This is a free and confidential service where parents can be offered items as and when one to one.
Or set up end of month for a Come and See What a Gift Day. All items are set up by category on 2/3 tables for parents to pick up for free.
Yes you can only for seasonal events times of the year such as Christmas and Easter.
This is where our volunteers come onsite to set up all the items and manage a 1 hour pop up.

The final steps

After school or just before

End of the month parents register and collect
donated food, new clothing and sign posted to support services

We give feedback on how many families sustained for the month

This is a day communities donate items on a 1 hour set time or we can make a special day and time to drop off. All schools are allocated a local SCIV (Sustainable Community Impact Volunteer) and in some cases this could be a parent within the school.
The more you buy the more donations for priority parents and children
Thanks to stores, food retailers, businesses and the general public we are able to achieve this so far in the UK
Every volunteer at some stage was a person in need and many have become sustained to impact communities and drive local change.
